In the rating of perception of the corruption made by the international organization Transparency International, Kyrgyzstan is among the countries with the high level of perception, being in the 123rd place from 175 countries. Drivers of passenger vehicles on a trunk road seem to have forgotten how to undergo a checkout at transportation checkpoints. Instead of papers, they rush to officers with 20 som in their hands. Export and human trafficking for the purpose of operation turn into the long-term phenomenon in Tajikistan. Consequences of a civil war are not obsolete still, the sense of justice of people weakened, the stable relation between poverty, in particular in rural districts, and human trafficking scales observed.
