This document states that the problem of harassment in workplaces is a fairly common problem in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, victims of
sexual harassment are largely unprotected against retaliative measures, and aggressors often face impunity for their actions.The authors analyze the problem and propose legislative measures to combat harassment in offices.This publication was funded by the European Union.
