Many Dushanbe residents answered our questions with caution. As soon as they heard the question about how do they feel about the events in Belarus, most of them refused to answer, and asked not to show their faces. This is understandable. The memories of the 1992-1997 civil war are still alive in Tajikistan, so people unwillingly discuss such sensitive topics. Those who decided to take part in the survey answered that Belarus people must solve their problems themselves and only in a peaceful way so that ordinary people do not suffer.
