The Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) office in Central Asia announces a tender for the production of educational video tutorials for the CABAR.asia Media School platform among production studios in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
Terms of Reference for the creation of video tutorials of CABAR.asia Media School
Duration of video tutorials: 10-13 minutes (examples of tutorials can be seen on Media School CABAR.asia website)
List of services:
- Filming (1 hour);
- Video editing with graphic design, color correction and subtitling through Youtube in Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik and Uzbek languages (10-13 min);
- 2D animation or motion graphic with voice-over in Russian language (10-13 min);
- Dubbing (finding voice, arranging to record, overlaying on the prepared video (Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik and Uzbek languages) – 1 minute
Requirements for participants:
- Experience in creating similar educational video tutorials;
- Motivation and willingness to offer creative solutions;
- Availability of professional equipment and devices for shooting a video lesson (two professional video cameras, a looping microphone, lighting devices, and other necessary equipment for “chromakey” technology);
- Availability of an assembly board (editing table): computer equipment with software for editing and graphics, with the ability to store the videos for a year;
- Readiness and willingness to offer their own graphical solutions;
- Experience in editing videos;
- Accompanying the entire production process to the final product.
