He graduated from the Pavlodar State Pedagogical Institute, specializing in teacher of mathematics (2005) and master of mathematics (2007), magistracy at Queen Mary University of London with a degree in Economics (2016). Since 2009 – in the journalistic profession, the direction is politics and economics, analysis. He worked as the deputy Chief Editor of the business publication KURSIV, the observer of the final television program “In Other Words”, the Chief Editor of the OilNews.kz portal, the analyst of the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the adviser to the vice minister for investment and development.
