On March 2, the amended Law “On Compulsory Military Responsibilities and Military Service” came into force in Tajikistan. The amendments were actively discussed in society, since the undergraduates and students of higher educational institutions, who, in fact, should be exempt from military service, began receiving summons from the military registration offices.
