“Labour migration and its impact on women: Problems and Perspectives” – was the topic of a roundtable held IWPR in Tajikistan in partnership with the NGO “Centre for Human Rights” and “Perspective Plus” on November 27th.
Discussion of this topical theme was attended by senior government officials, such as the Committee on Women and Family Affairs, representatives of the Migration Service, Department of Internal Affairs, prosecutors, courts, representatives of international and non-governmental organizations of Sughd region, as well as women – migrant workers and the wives of migrant workers.
