Anastasiia Valeeva

Azamat Temirkulov
Doctor of Political Sciences, Associate Professor, Advisor to the Civil Service of the 3rd class. He is the author of the Muras Concept of Natural Development of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has experience in the public service as an inspector of the Secretariat of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic. He is the Chairman of the Association "Green Alliance of Kyrgyzstan", as well as the Chairman of the Public Association "Muras kymyly." He has published dozens of articles in magazines and newspapers. He received bachelor's and master's degrees with honors from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) in French-language instruction. He defended impromptu (for 1 year) his doctoral dissertation at Hamburg Universitat (Germany) on the basis of a previously developed conflict analysis tool and already published scientific articles.

Her areas of competence are freedom of expression, hate speech, anti-discrimination, propaganda of extremism in the media, journalism of peace and conflict, new media culture and security.
