Doolotkeldieva Asel

political analyst, PhD (UK). Expert in political regimes, elites and local movements. Her recent publications concern political parties, elections, nationalistic groups and patronage networks. She has solid experience of holding qualitative field studies in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Kazakstan.

Dzardanova Svetlana

in 2010, she earned the master’s degree in political science at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. She graduated from the department of psychology of the American University in Central Asia, bachelor’s degree in organisational industrial psychology in 2007. A coordinator of researches and trainings held by the OSCE Academy since 2011. Area of expertise: regional security and cooperation in Central Asia and Afghanistan, resources, sustainable development, foreign and domestic policy of Turkmenistan.
