Chinara Esengul

UNDP Senior Advisor on Conflict Prevention. In 2003, she received a diploma of higher education in international relations of Kyrgyz National University. Jsupa Balasagyna. She graduated from the International University of Japan in International Relations (2007). She received a Ph.D. in political sciences from Kyrgyz National University. Zhusupa Balasagyna (2014). She worked as an adviser to the speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2010). The author of more than ten scientific publications. Research interests: security in Central Asia and the CIS, regionalism policy and integration prospects in Central Asia. She speaks Kyrgyz, Russian, English and Japanese.

Emil Dzhuraev

Professor. Subject: Political institutions and processes, Politics and security of Central Asia. Emil Juraev received a PhD from the University of Maryland, USA. Dr. Zhuraev teaches courses such as Political Institutions and Processes, Politics and Security in Central Asia, Master's Workshop. His teaching experience includes teaching at universities such as the American University of Central Asia and the University of Maryland.

Anastasiia Valeeva

Journalist, teacher of data journalism at AUCA and mentor of the journalism program Internews Kyrgyzstan. In 2018, together with Altynay Mambetova, she opened the School of Data public foundation. She worked as a trainer and organizer of events on date journalism and open data in Belgium, Germany, Montenegro, Albania and Kyrgyzstan. She gave lectures on data journalism at the Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia), conducted a study on the topic “Using open data in journalistic investigations” as part of the Reuters journalism study program scholarship program (Oxford, England).

Azamat Temirkulov

Doctor of Political Sciences, Associate Professor, Advisor to the Civil Service of the 3rd class. He is the author of the Muras Concept of Natural Development of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has experience in the public service as an inspector of the Secretariat of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic. He is the Chairman of the Association "Green Alliance of Kyrgyzstan", as well as the Chairman of the Public Association "Muras kymyly." He has published dozens of articles in magazines and newspapers. He received bachelor's and master's degrees with honors from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) in French-language instruction. He defended impromptu (for 1 year) his doctoral dissertation at Hamburg Universitat (Germany) on the basis of a previously developed conflict analysis tool and already published scientific articles.

Inga Sikorskaya

Founder of the School of Peacekeeping and Media Technologies in Central Asia. Inga Sikorska - Program Director of the School of Peacekeeping and Media Technologies in Central Asia. Her areas of competence are freedom of expression, hate speech, anti-discrimination, propaganda of extremism in the media, journalism of peace and conflict, new media culture and security. He is a member of the Peacebuilding Academy (Germany), an international media trainer for the OSCE, a member of the working group “Combating Hatred in Social Networks - Studying the Relationship with Freedom of Expression” of the OSCE conferences on tolerance and diversity. He has a degree in mass communication and journalism and is a master in international law.

Dinara Oshurahunova

Human rights activist, member of the international parliamentary monitoring network.
