Associate Program Officer at the International Republican Institute. In 2019, she graduated from Williams College with a master's degree in policy economics, and has a degree in economics from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In 2017, she interned at George Washington University under the Central Asia-Azerbaijan Research Program (CAAFP), where she studied the empowerment of local communities in the mining sector of Kyrgyzstan using the example of the Talas region. Research interests include public finance, socio-economic development of Central Asian countries, in particular Kyrgyzstan, crisis management of the economy and management of revenues from the mining industry.
