Founder of the School of Peacekeeping and Media Technologies in Central Asia. Inga Sikorska – Program Director of the School of Peacekeeping and Media Technologies in Central Asia. Her areas of competence are freedom of expression, hate speech, anti-discrimination, propaganda of extremism in the media, journalism of peace and conflict, new media culture and security. He is a member of the Peacebuilding Academy (Germany), an international media trainer for the OSCE, a member of the working group “Combating Hatred in Social Networks – Studying the Relationship with Freedom of Expression” of the OSCE conferences on tolerance and diversity. He has a degree in mass communication and journalism and is a master in international law.
