Researcher at Australian National University. In 2015, he did his Master at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, “Politics and Security” program (Central Asia). Graduate of the Central Asia Program (J. Washington University) and Public Policy Initiatives (Soros Foundation Kazakhstan). He worked as an assistant to the CTJ USAID project, a researcher at the KISI under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an expert at the Center for Humanitarian and Political Conjuncture.
