The coronavirus pandemic has aggravated the risk of trafficking in persons, especially for women and children, UN said. According to the organisation, 70 per cent of victims of trafficking are women, including nearly 20 per cent of minors. 20 per cent of victims are adult men, and the rest are boys. (more…)
