Bondarenko Konstantin

public figure, economist.  In 2015, he earned Executive Master degree in Development Policies and Practices at the Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva, Switzerland). Since 2015, student in the master’s programme of Kyiv School of Economics in the Master of Business Administration.

From 2001 to 2007, he worked in executive positions at the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2009-2010, he was executive director of the National Association of Small and Medium Businesses of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2010, he became the founder and chairperson of public organisation “Centre for Free Market of Tajikistan”, an independent think-tank that performs active educational, analytical and research activities in the field of economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan on the basis of liberal values. Lecturer in free trade and government management of the economy; coach and consultant in the field of organisation development and strategic planning. Co-author of several research and analytical works dedicated to the development of entrepreneurship and business environment, pension reform, government management of telecommunications, etc. Author of approximately 60 articles published in the media of Tajikistan, Central Asia and Ukraine.
