Sher Khashimov
Independent Researcher, The Oxus Society for Central Asian Affairs
Sher Khashimov implemented and administered the US State Department grants in Tajikistan for five years, most of it with the US Embassy. He holds a master's degree in public affairs from Indiana University, where his research focused on the crossroads of energy and politics in Central Asia. Currently, he is an independent researcher affiliated with the Oxus Society for Central Asian Affairs.
