From 15 to 21 April 2019 in Almaty, with the support of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR), the Second School of Analysts cabar.asia was organized. More than 20 young researchers from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan participated in the program.
