IWPR Kyrgyzstan: What prevents foreigners to come back to us again?

In June, media have started talking that perhaps Russia and Turkey will go for reconciliation. It happened after the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan expressed his concern that relations with Moscow have destroyed due to the “pilot error.” 


This audio programme went out in Russian and Kyrgyz on national radio stations in Kyrgyzstan.
