IWPR Kyrgyzstan: The number of tortures in the country reduced

According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, if two years ago 220 facts of application of tortures have recorded, then last year the indicator has decreased almost by 10 percent. In more detail in a radio, program Aytunuk Nuridnovoy.
