Dzardanova Svetlana
in 2010, she earned the master’s degree in political science at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek. She graduated from the department of psychology of the American University in Central Asia, bachelor’s degree in organisational industrial psychology in 2007. A coordinator of researches and trainings held by the OSCE Academy since 2011. Area of expertise: regional security and cooperation in Central Asia and Afghanistan, resources, sustainable development, foreign and domestic policy of Turkmenistan.
Baktygulov Sheradil
has been involved in the issues of improvement of the efficiency of public administration and analysis of development and international relations policies in Central Asian states for more than 20 years. He has held offices at civil service in the parliament of Kyrgyzstan (1997-2002) and the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic (2010), has experience as an adviser of international projects (UNDP, ABD, WB, EU, OSCE, DFID, USAID). He studied the public administration and state policy analysis methods in Turkey (1997-1998), UK (2001) and USA (2007-2008).

An intern of the Department of Information, Print, Analysis and Foreign Political Planning of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Tajikistan (August 2015-August 2016).
