Kyrgyzstan has no public treatment centres for autistic children. This is not the only issue. Parents complain about the shortage of qualified doctors, high cost of medications and discrimination from the society.
At the end of the 90s, the zero waste movement was developed in the West. Its main purpose was to reduce waste. The movement had five basic principles: reduce consumption of food, refuse the products that are harmful for the nature, give new life to unused items, reuse items as much as possible, and recycle organic waste.
Every year in Tajikistan, natural disasters cause a large number of fatalities and cause enormous economic damage. Experts believe that the authorities do not pay sufficient attention to disaster prevention.

The consequences of Covid-19 pandemic have shown the importance of the healthcare sector reforming, and disclosed all its shortages: from the lack of hospitals and doctors to the budget of the system. However, one of the priority issues was free healthcare services and reduced prices of medications. Referring to the latter, the republic has had the Programme of State Guarantees since 2006, which determines the types of healthcare services provided on a free basis and at reduced rate.
The death sentence has not been applied in Tajikistan since 2004. Then the country declared a moratorium on capital punishment. However, this does not mean abolition, at any time this type of punishment may return.
