Asel Doolotkeldieva, Ph.D (University of Exeter, England), political scientist, research fellow and lecturer at the AUCA International Comparative Policy Department. He is engaged in scientific research in Central Asian countries on issues of post-socialism and postcolonialism, corporate capitalism and resource extraction, Islam and the secular state, as well as social protests and civil society.
