IWPR Kyrgyzstan: Whether is justice available in Kyrgyzstan?

Access to justice is one of the basic principles of supremacy of law, without which citizens have not chance being heard. To combat discrimination or to make responsible the persons who violated their rights. 

Kyrgyzstan.
