Quite often, most members of the media do not pay attention to the right of citizens, for the protection of the personal non-property rights, which treat — the right for the dignity of the personality, the right for honor and a reputation.
This audio programme went out in Russian and Kyrgyz on national radio stations in Kyrgyzstan.
